Be More Accurate:
- Each category needs a multiplier.
- Calibrate your scoring by rating: past projects you were involved in, projects you watched from a distance, market leaders and innovators… all both successful and fledgling.
Assumptions:
- Not super low margin massive scale consumer product.
- Money not made chiefly on advertising.
